Setting an Intention

Today I am setting an intention for the day.
To show up, to look the people I meet in the eye.
To "be" with them- in presence and with purpose.
Connecting, listening, engaging, relaxing.
Being fully present in the moment, fully present with the person, the conversation
The intention. Embody the intention.

I trust the rest will unfold as it will, as God wills it.
