non-aggression

we are a society of doing and getting things done.
we think we have to work hard to make things happen.
what would happen if we put in the effort without the aggression?
if we observed more and forced less?
if we discerned without judgement, and allowed ourselves to go beyond our limitations?

life would open up.
our hearts would open up.
our world would open up.
